The Principle Social Worker (PSW) annual report is written by Jennifer McAteer, the Service Director for Quality, Standards and Performance and also the Principle Social Worker for Adults and Health.

The report is written to provide progress on the work undertaken in the past year to improve the quality of social work practice and outline the key priorities for the next year. The report also reflects the collaborative approach adopted to improve the delivery of excellent social work practice.
