If you are using equipment on loan from NRS Healthcare which has become faulty or is no longer working, you can call NRS Healthcare on 08451 238248 for repair or replacement.
If you purchased equipment yourself, you will need to contact the retailer to talk through the options available to you.
My equipment is not right for me anymore
If you have equipment that no longer supports you in the way you need it to, an Occupational Therapist can check if what you have is still suitable or suggest different equipment that is right for you.
