Speak to our Early Resolution and Safeguarding Team
The Early Resolution and Safeguarding Team (ERaS) serves as key point of contact for individuals not already engaged with adult social care.
Their primary responsibilities include:
- addressing new safeguarding concerns about an adult's safety or wellbeing, where they are not known to adult social care
- responding to new requests for care and support services
- provide signposting to community resources
- ensuring those who need long-term assistance are connected with the appropriate adult social care team
- complete all residential and hospital DoLS applications
This team plays a vital role in safeguarding adults and providing efficient access to care and support resources.
