Tell us about a change to your caring role

If you have a carer’s plan because of a carer’s assessment, you must tell us if:

your finances have changed
you are now caring for more people
you are recovering from injury or ill health
you can no longer cope with your caring role
the person that you care for has moved to residential care, out of county, no longer needs your support or is deceased
