Introduction
If you need social care help from us, we will have a conversation and ask you some questions about your day-to-day life to work out what you need. We call this an assessment.
Care and support services are for people who may need help with daily living tasks due to age, a disability, or a health condition. You could get help from us.
These services include:
- personal care, including help with washing and dressing, and
- practical support, such as help with household tasks and mobility
